Born in Osaka, Japan. After working for jewelry manufacture, and a gem&diamond appraisal company, she became a freelance-designer to better provide total jewelry services, not only by designing originals, but also by coordinating those items to create styles. In 1999, she moved to NY. While attending the F.I.T, she worked with local designers such as Donna Distefano. Her passionate pursuit in jewelry production career that includes jewelry-making class had been featured in NY-based publications. In 2007, she founded "C'spec CHISA" in NY. She actively participates international exhibitions, and had received numerous awards including "HRD International Diamond Jewelry Awards'07"(Antwerp), and "Saul Bell Awards"(U.S.A).
