Yoko Taninaka is a Tokyo based designer who produces simple and modern jewelries by using various types of stone. Yoko started her carrier as a house designer at TASAKI, one of the most famous jewelry companies in Japan established in 1954. After she left TASAKI, she went to New York to study jewelry design at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). She graduated FIT in 1993, after she returned to Japan, she established her own jewelry design company FACETY. She is now deploying her private jewelry collection label “YOKO TANINAKA COLLECTION” at various wholesaler exhibitions in Japan and Asian market.
